The place

There’s nowhere quite like Fingals. Owners Sheila and Richard have turned their land into a place of character and variety, creating six different places to stay on the estate, each with its own unique feel. You can make your stay as sociable or secluded as you like, sitting on the boat bench by the stream in peace, or heading over to the pool or the croquet lawn to see who’s around. There may well be other dogs for yours to meet but even if there aren’t then walks alongside the riverbanks, plunges into the Dart and trips to the many local beaches will provide all the entertainment they need. There are plenty of great places to try some of the local cuisine as well, from dog-friendly pubs to fancy restaurants, scattered through the countryside in every town and village.
