Paws & Stay competition terms

The competition will run between 26.12.24 and 23.59GMT on 02.02.25. The winner will be contacted by 17.02.2025.

Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged over 18, excluding employees of Sawday’s, Canopy & Stars, Paws & Stay, Crown & Canopy and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

The prize is awarded to one person. Travel is not included and should be organised by the winner.

The prize is a £500 voucher to go towards a Paws & Stay holiday. Subject to availability.

The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

The prize is subject to availability and must be spent by 17.02.2026 (bookings can be after this date)

Any further costs, such as but not limited to, additional nights, food and drink, travel to and from the destination and travel insurance are not included. Standard terms and conditions of individual accommodations apply.

The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

The promoters reserve the right to alter the terms of the competition and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. In the event of the prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

The winners will be contacted by email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoters reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the promoters reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.

The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the competition closing.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.pawsandstay.co.uk during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.

The Promoter will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
