The place
If dogs could take bookings, we’d never have any availability at Hob Nob. This is a place for dogs bringing humans. There’s a private, enclosed garden to trot through in the mornings, a 4.5-acre field and a half-acre paddock with an agility course to choose from for the afternoons. Naturally, there’s a heated dog wash on site – perfect for those moments of pampering after being chauffeured to the dog-friendly pubs, or a day out in nearby St Austell or Fowey. For the discerning hound, there’s the matter of their humans – and it’s good form (and good for under-the-table snacks) to keep them entertained. Whilst the dog of the household takes their naps, there are outdoor games to keep the two legged entertained, a table to sit outside and enjoy the BBQ at, a micro gym, and even an electric hot tub. And, if your human’s a bit too rigid and tense for catch, send them to end the day in the Jacuzzi bath – and you’ll wake up to good head pats.
