The place

A gorgeous little cabin in mid-Devon, Owleycombe is on a 15-acre farm on the border of the Blackdown Hills AONB. It’s the perfect spot for a couple to settle into a slower pace of life with their trusted hound for a few days. Designed to enhance your connection with the outdoors, you’ve got an enclosed section of a meadow to enjoy, grilling treats on the BBQ whilst your four-legged friend trots about falsely looking underfed. There is also plenty of seating to dine al fresco, loungers to kick back in and, when the sun goes down, a firepit to gather around. Without wifi in the cabin – you’ll be concentrating on the ebb and flow of nature, enjoying the wildlife-rich site, and the slow pace of the nearby river Culm. With walks in every direction from the front door, it’ll be one you and the dogs remember for years to come.
