Why we love it

This cabin is a stone's throw to the sea. Sit down by the fireplace and read a good book or go exploring the nearby wild spaces.

What you'll love

Dogs will love

  • Trotting about in the enclosed garden
  • Paddling at the beach nearby
  • Having their paws cleaned with the outdoor tap

Humans will love

  • Walking a couple of minutes to the beach
  • Settling in by the wood burner for the night
  • Waking up to breakfast in the conservatory

The place

Sometimes only a spot just by the sea will do, and Seashells is just the place for that. A few minutes walk from the beach, it’s a relaxing space with soft tones and hints of the sea found in the reclaimed driftwood features. Take your lucky dog on a tour of the beach, letting them paddle in the shallow waters or scramble across the dunes. Down the road is the Dungeness National Nature Reserve, and further inland is the High Weald AONB, for long, nature-filled walks. Close by there are plenty of lovely strolls too like Camber, with its local dog-friendly cafés, pubs and restaurants. But you may find it far too easy to stay even closer to home, watching the dog play in the garden as you dine in the conservatory, or relax by the fire as you get stuck into that book you’ve been desperate to start.
