Paws & Stay x ManyPets terms

The Promoter is set out at the end of these Terms & Conditions. 

1. The ManyPets Perks £50 Paws & Stay voucher code is valid until 17 July 2025  

2. The Paws & Stay booking must be made on or before 17 July 2025 but the stay can be for a date after 17 July 2025 

3. Bookings should be made via the Paws & Stay website at www.pawsandstay.co.uk/partnerships/manypets/  

4. The lead booker must be aged 18+ at the time of redemption of the voucher code 

5. If the total value of your stay at a Paws & Stay place is greater than the voucher code value of £50, the excess payment amount is the responsibility of the voucher code holder 

6. If the total value of the stay is less than the £50 voucher code value, there will be no cash refund 

7. Voucher codes will be deducted from the total value of the stay at the point of booking 

8. Only one promotional ManyPets Perks voucher code can be used per booking 

9. Only one promotional ManyPets Perks voucher code can be used per customer 

10. Paws & Stay places to stay are subject to availability at the time of booking

11. ManyPets Perks voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, Gift Card or against an existing Paws & Stay booking 

12. Any further costs, such as but not limited to, additional nights, food and drink, travel to and from the destination and travel insurance are not included  

13. Standard Terms & Conditions of individual accommodations apply as detailed in the Paws & Stay booking conditions, this includes, but is not limited to, the cancellation policy for stays 

14. If booking online, you must enter the unique reference number into the relevant section of the booking form. If phoning to redeem, please say you are using the ManyPets Perks voucher and quote the unique reference number 

15. The £50 voucher code may only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable and non-refundable 

16. Multiple redemptions submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems or made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be will not be valid 

17. No responsibility will be accepted for redemptions that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind 

18. Those redemptions not in accordance with the rules will be void and will entitle the Promoter to remove the voucher value from the booking; any redemption containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and will entitle the Promoter to cancel the booking

19. The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this offer or accepting or using the voucher code, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected 

20. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the voucher code offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into 

21. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the voucher code offer where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants or third parties 

22. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts 

23. The promotion Terms & Conditions as detailed above are subject to change. Paws & Stay Booking Terms apply
